Tracey Walker, PhD, RPh

Principal and Founder

Dr. Tracey Walker has more than 30 years of experience in Healthcare, primarily in Medical Affairs, with a proven track record of building innovative groups and leading them to best-in-class status with customers. She most recently served as Vice President, Medical Affairs at Pfizer, Inc. Tracey has built and led successful Brand Medical Groups, Field Medical MSL and HEOR/Outcomes Groups. Tracey has created industry leading innovative Clinical Informatics roles and pioneered innovative strategic customer partnerships with organizations across the healthcare continuum including the largest US Payers, PBMs, Retail, Leading Health Systems, and Employers. She is an experienced clinician with hospital, managed care and retail experience. Tracey also has extensive experience in HEOR and population health.  Dr. Walker has a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a Master’s and PhD in Pharmacy Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

Terri Craig, Pharm.D, CMD, CPHIMS

Principal and Founder

Dr. Terri Craig is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience, primarily in Medical Affairs. Most recently, as Senior Director, Team Leader, in Pfizer U.S. Medical Affairs, she led a team of experts specializing in Advanced Medical Engagements and Clinical Informatics. Her team delivered deep expertise across Health IT, Digital Health, Advanced Data Analytics, HEOR, Public Health, Quality Improvement, and Population Health, with a strong emphasis on medical outcomes. Terri drove the development and implementation of digital health solutions designed to close care gaps in U.S. healthcare populations and spearheaded innovative collaborations with healthcare organizations nationwide. She brings direct experience in orchestrating mutually beneficial studies and population health initiatives using digital and EHR technologies, crafting impactful field medical materials, disseminating scientific evidence, and fostering compliant collaboration with internal stakeholders. Dr. Craig holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California and is certified in Health Information Technology and Medicines Development.
